My Own Personal Art Gallery!

I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season. I am blessed with a close family who love to be together, especially for Christmas. Today also happens to be my sister’s birthday. Happy Birthday, Sissy! Normally, you expect the birthday girl to *receive* the primo gifts. But my sister is different. She loves to *give* the perfect gifts. This year she decided to surprise me with my very own art gallery…in miniature! Here are a few photos of Three Roses Creations. For scale, look at the penny leaning against the center bottom of the piece in the first photo. You’ll definitely want to click on the images to enlarge them. Be sure to click on the enlargement, too. That will show even more detail. There is so much to see!

To understand the scope of this gift, this piece includes a mini version of every single piece of art I have published on this blog! Every. Single. Piece. She even recreated little copies of some of my journals, including inserting several pieces of blank paper. Those are displayed on the front shelf. She does all of this work meticulously, by hand. The art that didn’t fit on the wall, she put in that little pink rack you see in the second picture. To say this piece is spectacular doesn’t do it justice. And, yes…I cried.

Here are some more detailed photos of this incredible gift.

This gift left me speechless. And anyone who knows me will tell you that that doesn’t happen to me often! I am still sort of in shock at the scope of this gift. But that’s how my sister is. She has worked on this since September and even has the photo from my blog post a few days ago!

I am truly blessed. My sister has such a generous spirit…and a boatload of talent! Really! LOOK at this stuff!!!

Thank you, Sissy, for one of the best gifts EVAH! I will cherish it always.

Dianne is a great sister. I can’t believe this. To take your art and minimize them like this. She must think the world of you; I know she does. Wow!!!
